TitleAN OPTIMUM LAND ALLOCATION TO FARM HOLDINGS BASED ON ZONES OF DISPARITIES CONCERNING DISTANCES BETWEEN HOMESTEAD AREAS AND LAND PLOTS
AutorStanisław Harasimowicz, Jarosław Janus
Pages3–12
Keywordsland consolidation, spatial structure of farm land
AbstractShow abstract
The editorial describes basic rules of allocation of land plots to farm holdings that take under consideration a course of zones of disparities concerning distances between homestead areas and land plots. The borders of considered zones represent an important premise in a process of forming an appropriate allocation of land plots to farm holdings. Location of land plots belonging to two farm holdings within the same zone of distance dis parities is a condition for correctness of allocation of plots to the two chosen farm holdings. The said zone divides land plots belonging to those farm holdings. Examples of optimization of farm holdings’ lands as well as routes of lines defining equal disparities of distances showed in this elaboration concern two farm holdings situated in Wojków village.

TitleMODELLING GENERALIZATION PROCESS
AutorIzabela Karsznia
Pages13–26
Keywordsautomatic generalization of spatial data, General Geographic Databas, modeling generalization process
AbstractShow abstract
Automatic generalization of the spatial data has been a goal of many international researches carried out in scientific centers worldwide. Unfortunately, neither current state of art nor the existing technology makes it possible to achieve it. One of the main factors making the automated generalization of spatial data difficult is a complexity of the process. The answer to this problem is trying to test systematizing of activities being a part of the generalization tasks considered as a model. The author characterizes existing model types of the generalization process as well as she describes some experiments concerning generalization of selected elements of the General Geographic Database (GGD) in an interactive mode (performed in the DynaGEN environment). Furthermore, she proposes an idea of a constraint-based modeling in the Clarity software.

TitleANALYSIS OF SELECTED METHODS OF FIXING CADASTRAL VALUE
AutorEdward Sawiłow
Pages27–38
Keywordsreal property, model, taxation, tax on values
AbstractShow abstract
In the article one passed the comparative analysis of chosen methods settlements of cadastral values for needs of the tax from the value real property. First from analysed methods of the settlement of cadastral values is the method circumstantiated in guidelines of passing of the general valuation of real property. Second with of analysis a method is the method of correcting of the average price. In the article one introduced also proposals of the modification of these methods. One fixed cadastral values for the test-object and one compared results of the settlement of the value of cadastral real property with these methods.

TitleMODELLING 3D VIEWS BASED ON AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHY
AutorEdward Nowak, Joanna Nowak
Pages39–52
Keywordsnon-metric (amateur) photographs, 3D modelling, autocalibration, radial distortion, vanishing points
AbstractShow abstract
Modelling three-dimensional objects (e.g. historical buildings) based on non-metric digital images is a complex task because the internal orientation and radial distortion parameters are unstable and unknown. In this paper, by analysing the mathematical basis of the central projection, the authors describe the feasibility of using the internal orientation of amateur photographs through the use of vanishing points (in a perspective drawing). The presented method is able to use zoomed photographs. Consequently, the paper also includes several ways of deriving the vanishing points analytically. The authors also propose a method for deriving the radial distortion parameters on the basis of the barrel/cushion effect. The advantage of this solution is the possibility to minimise the negative effects of the strong correlation between distortion parameters and the focal distance.

TitleGNSS SATELLITE LEVELLING WITH USE NAWGEO SERVICE OF ASG- -EUPOS SYSTEM
AutorJarosław Bosy, Tomasz Hadaś
Pages53–66
KeywordsGNSS satellite leveling, quasi-geiod
AbstractShow abstract
The mutifunctional precise satellite positioning system on area of Poland ASG- -EUPOS testing activation with the beginning of June 2008 gives opportunity to realize geodetic jobs in real time RTK GNSS (NAWGEO service) on whole country. The ASG- -EUPOS system establish unified in whole country and invariable coordinate system. Points heighs determination with use of ASG-EUPOS system guarantee (according to system owner) to achieve requirements for all groups of precission. In accordance with obliging regulations points height should be determined with reference to nearest reference point and the precission criterion for heights is position error in reference to nearest benchmarks. In this work height determination methods were analysed in contex of ASG-EUPOS system technical capabilities and legislative-technical conditions following to obliging and designed technical standards. Final effect is the measurement methodology proposal to determine normal heights in real time with use of NAWGEO service from ASG-EUPOS system and precision evaluation simultaneously. Moreover, available quasi-geoid models and methods of its transformation in purpose to realise height measurements in ASG-EUPOS system were analised.
