Landscape Polish cities keep changing significantly due to current vegetation. Big impact on the final acceptance of City Landscape has color, especially colors of woody plants. This study defines the intensity of those changes and how long they lasted in different seasons using city of Lublin as an example. It also shows possibilities of creating different image of the city by choosing trees and shrubs with intense colors.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the real estate market with overall economic and financial situation of the country. If such an effect is observed, the next goal is to determine the factors indicating the strength of their impact on the value of the property on the domestic and local market. The study used statistical methods including correlation and regression analysis, which allowed to determine the effect of macro and micro economic factors on the value of residential real estate.

The result of intensive outward extension of city along access routes for considerable distortion of area and spatial chaos. Border undergoes covering up between urban development, suburban areas or country. It isn't known to the end where city is begun. Historic gateway and differently developed areas even formerly which introduced to city have passed away irrevocably. Today gateway routes advertising disappearing in information tables with name of city defining administrative course border. And if communication arteries, they present important object of interest many researcher and roadmen, there are gateway routes beyond interest of planner. Representative function is underestimated them and about give locality creating first impression. In work pay attention on 4 gateway routes for Lublin. It make landscape analyses and study architectonic-landscape, it has allowed their determination of that stocks, values and elaboration of directions concerning their develop.

Ensuring a safe evacuation of a building supervised by an estate administrator is a process that must be carried out in compliance with established procedures in order to achieve the greatest effectiveness of action. When drawing up an evacuation plan, an estate administrator is obliged to work out norms of conduct considering a number of possible scenarios concerning the occurrence of any unfavourable event for a particular estate. The following article is focused on activities that include the introduction of the Pathfinder programme analyses as a tool of innovative safety engineering in the process of drawing up evacuation plans for a particular estate. Furthermore, a management scheme of the evacuation of people with the use of the Pathfinder programme analyses has also been presented and thanks to which practical recommendations and conclusions has been formulated.

When signing an employment contract between an employer and employee, the definition of rights and obligations of the signing parties within the employment contract is still a crucial problem both scientifically and practically. Changing economic and social environment also influences the employment relationships in the agriculture. Agricultural holdings, cooperative holdings, and farmers who employ workers for agricultural or other work are obliged to follow the legislation in force. The conclusion of the contract, the form of the contract, the types of contracts and their conclusion peculiarities are pretty well regulated in Lithuania. However, agricultural activities are specific regarding their nature, as well as duration, complexity and natural conditions of the work should be taken into concern. Legal employment relationships in Lithuania are analyzed by many scientists in various scientific publications but there is a lack of scientific articles that analyze peculiarities of legal employment relationships in agriculture. The aim of the study is to determine specific characteristics of employment contracts in agriculture, after having analyzed the regulation of employment relationships in Lithuania. The methodology covers legislation, analysis of the content of Lithuanian case-law practice and scientific articles, comparative analysis and generalization.
