The purpose of this work is to analyse administrative-judicial model of demarcation procedure which was specified in bylaws of act from 17^th may 1989 Prawa geodezyjnego i kartograficznego (from year 2005, Dz.U. Nr 240, poz.2027) and to rate its construction in context of the party entitlement in procedure that enables its active participation in process of creating final conclusion and to point out solutions that will give such guarantees. Research has been carried applying the method of analysis with the use of static interpretation of legal act and taking under consideration accomplishment of doctrine and jurisdiction from Supreme Administrative Court and Supreme Court which has maintained relevance. In the work, conclusions were formed de lege ferende, to point out the necessity of making procedure of property demarcation more accurate, to eliminate doubts emerging at its usage.
