There are many reasons for growing interest in this investing area of the property market, such as reduced taxes, donations and many others preferences used by local governments to support the enterprise. The document describes methodological basics research of efficiency investing into pro-ecological properties including ecological effect, followed by practical verification of these methods on the example of Small Waterpower Station, classified (in respect of a function) as Industrial Properties.
