Abstract
The object of work is the presentation of changes in the residential housing state of the countryside in period 1990-2000, expressed with measures of housing situation and housing standards. The selected problems characterise qualitative transformations, simultaneously showing problems demanding special regard to formation of spatial order on rural areas.
